Missing Package

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check your mailbox, front door, reception area, parcel locker, or with neighbors or family members.

If you still cannot find it, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the delivery information and assist you with the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• A clear photo of the item  
• A brief description of the issue  

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
