Custom Order Details

1. Processing Time: Custom orders take an additional 3-5 business days to ship.
2. Availability: Not all designs can be customized. If your choice isn’t possible, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.
3. Customization Options:
   1. Only minor changes to our existing designs are available.
   2. We do not accept custom designs based on customer images due to material and color limitations.
